"All requests for a return or a replacement must be received by FABgrills within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event the grill or other product shipped by FABgrills has been damaged in transit please contact the carrier to report the damage. Our goal at FABgrills is to provide our customers with products that are manufactured to withstand years of service, provided the product(s) is maintained properly by the consumer. If you are not happy with any product received from FABgrills please contact us at returns@FABgrills.com and include your name, address, telephone number, the date of your order, the date received and the reason you would like to return the product.
